Carolin Schweizerhof is a research fellow and doctoral candidate at the Institute for Social Sciences of Agriculture, Department of Societal Transition and Agriculture, at the University of Hohenheim. Her dissertation is part of the research project ‘Öko-Valuation’, which belongs to the research program Organic Agriculture funded by the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts Baden-Württemberg. Her research focuses on the role of values and perceptions in the transformation of the agricultural and food system towards more organic farming and regionality.
