Clara Bückart-Neufeld is a research assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Social Transformation and Agriculture at the University of Hohenheim. She has a master's degree in economic sociology and works freelance as a systemic supervisor.
In her dissertation project, she is researching the importance of stakeholder workshops and 'future skills' in the fields of transformation towards greater sustainability in the business models of public catering.
