As part of the “Diversity on our plates” action week, the focus is on legumes and their potential for diverse, sustainable agriculture. A special campaign dish will be offered in the cafeteria every day. Look forward to delicious and varied dishes featuring regionally grown black chickpeas or kidney beans from lbv-Schrozberg.
