New Special Issue published: "Power Relations and Empowerment in the Agri-Food System" in DIE ERDE – Journal of the Geographical Society of Berlin

The Special Issue opens up the view on the “bigger picture” –the structural challenges and power relations within the current conventional agrifood system. It provides conceptual reflections on “food and power in the making”, culinary justice and decolonial perspectives, as well as insights into the analysis of power relations all along the value chain by case studies from various regions, including Chile, Mexico, and India.

The initiative for this Special Issue goes back to the second network conference of our AK at the university of Hohenheim in 2023.
