Scientific Workshop within the project Öko-Valuation "TRANSFORMING LOCAL AGRI-FOOD-SYSTEMS: UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE OF VALUES" [12.09.23]
What role do values play in the transformation of the local agri-food system? Whose values are at stake? And who do these values belong to? Moreover, should these values be changed?
Over the past three years, these questions have been explored within the project Öko-Valuation. On November 28 and 29, 2023, the project team invites researchers from the field to the University of Hohenheim to discuss and deepen these questions in a workshop. In addition to keynote speakers, there will also be interactive working groups for a joint and direct exchange.
