Anna Geiger, B.Sc.
Research Assistant
Anna Geiger is a research assistant in the project "Strategies for more bio-regional products in communal catering" at the Institute of Social Sciences in Agriculture, Department of Societal Transition and Agriculture. She is studying for a Master’s in Nutritional Medicine at the University of Hohenheim. In her Master’s thesis, she researches the bioavailability of omega-3 fatty acids from microalgae. During her studies, she completed internships at the German Nutrition Society and the Baden-Württemberg State Center for Nutrition, among others.
