Research Associate
Franziska Bürker is a Research Associate at the Institute of Social Sciences in Agriculture, Department of Societal Transition and Agriculture, at the University of Hohenheim. After her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Law and a master’s degree in Criminology, she completed a further degree in Sustainable Regional Management. In her past and current work Franziska’s focus lies on food sovereignty, food policy councils, human right to food, agroecology and permaculture systems. Her current research addresses the promotion of bioregional products in public catering.
