This mapping platform offers an initial orientation in the very dynamic landscape of stakeholders in public catering in Baden-Württemberg. It aims to improve the visibility and networking of stakeholders who are committed to sustainable public catering. Here you will find training and advisory services, research projects dealing with sustainable public catering, best-practice canteens and committed cities and districts that are making progress with a high share of organic and regional products in their public procurement.

For a better overview, we have divided the stakeholders into six thematic categories (including value chain development, networking actors, best-practice canteens, etc.). If you scroll over the icons, the name of the organization appears.  This map is a growing map. It does not claim to be complete, but serves to provide an overview and to contribute to the networking of the actors.
